The Exorior Reintegration Initiative (ERI) is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, meaning none of our earnings are permitted to benefit any of our shareholders nor individuals associated with ERI.

 

Every financial donation received will be used for the programs and services we provide to the people in our care. Our status as a charitable organization means that any donation proffered to ERI is tax-deductible in accordance with section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
